JKC Express was in need of upgraded computer systems for their day-to-day operations. I came in
and analyzed the current software - designing a completely updated solution based on their "old"
system. This approach provided a minimal learning curve for the users. Complete technical support
was provided along with User Guides/Documentation for the entire dispatching/billing/accounts
receivable software system.
Additionally, the customer required new hardware and networking. I provided specifications for
the pc's and installation for all new hardware and networking in conjunction with BellSouth for
the DSL connection.
